[LDM #NTZ-457389]: pqact question.

Sorry - but it occurred to me an even simpler solution. As a full pqact.conf
entry, something similar to this would get you all SRUS56 products *except*
those that are RR9:

WMO ^SRUS56 (....) (..)(..)(..) /p(RR[^9])(...)
      FILE -close /carriesdata/SRUS56_data/\1/\5/%Y%m%d_%H%M_\5\6.txt

The "not" you are looking for is the [^9] - the carrot precedes all the
individual characters you do NOT want. And it can be a list . . . such that
[^159] would NOT save off any PILs that RR1, RR5, or RR9.

Let me know if I completely miss the mark on what you are looking for.
