Right.  The 7.6.4 version of nids2area is not working.  I just copied
the 7.6.2 version to ~ldm/decoders, and it works.  Looks like we might
have to build ldm-mcidas-7.6.4 on breeze.

I just changed the request again since I see that aqua is receiving
all McIDAS images.  We will see what this brings.

I have to run to an eye doctor appt. right now, but I will be on this
when I get back.
