The message above is telling you that the McIDAS build script mcfc (created
from mcfc.sh) can not find the C to Fortan converter, f2c.  It is apparently
not located in one of the directories listed above.

Does your system have f2c loaded on it?  If not, you need to unless you
can use the vendor-supplied compilers (if there are some).

What kind of machine/OS are you attempting to build on?
