20040511: uwgrid.sh script in McIDAS-X 2003

Hsie,

I have looked through the uwgrid creation of standardized NGM and AVN
GRID files (standardized in that the grids in the final GRID file
are in standard grid number slots). The process is, indeed, broken.
I am currently of the mind that it is no longer useful to create
the standardized GRID files, so the simplest thing for you to do
is discontinue running uwgrid.sh from 'mcidas' cron.

Cheers,

Tom
