Hi Martha,

>This morning, I downloaded and successfully built UNIDATA McIDAS-X 2004.
>However, the file VERSION.TXT in /home/mcidas/mcidas2004/data is incorrect,
>as it is still specifying the version as 2003. I checked the actual file
>after the previous version number was displayed when I was testing the build.

Rats! I changed the date, but not the version number!!

Please edit your ~mcidas/mcidas2004/data/VERSION.TXT, and change 2003
to 2004. I will let the folks that have already downloaded v2004 to do
the same.

I just put out a new mcidasx2004.tar.Z distribution file
and included VERSION.TXT in the mcupdate.tar.Z update file. I think
that the simpliest thing for those who have downloaded the distribtion
is to simply edit their VERSION.TXT files and call it good.

>No biggie, but I thought you should know.

Thanks for letting me know. I hope that this is not the beginning
of a number of buglets :-o

Cheers,

Tom
