No, sorry.  I am not sure that our contacting the appropriate person would
have any effect anyway since the products are being generated in support
of NWS operations.

Right.  I would guess that the cutoff for including new East vs West images
is not finely tuned enough to insure that both pieces of the composite are
up to date.  We run into this situation with the Nexrad Level III national
base reflectivity composite.
