[McIDAS #MRV-728442]: RGB enhancement table

I just returned from Sao Paulo, Brazil.  Sorry I was not able to reply before
now, but I had no free time for much of anything...

The McIDAS enhancements do not deal with gamma settings, so I would say that
the answer what you want to do is not possible in McIDAS.
