[McIDAS #JBR-619818]: MOD03 ADDE Server Mod

re: request for modification to mod3aget.cp in Unidata McIDAS

After looking at the code, and doing some searching on the net for
more information about the MODIS Geolocation products, I sent off
a note to the programmer at SSEC whose name was in the RCS tag at
the top of mod3aget.cp.  My questions to him were why he scaled
the 'rvalue's the way he did in the RAW --> RAW code section;
if the changes you made make sense; and for any good reference
he could provide on the Geolocation products (I want to see why
he would have put in the scale factors he did).

If I can get agreement that the mods you made are appropriate, I
will incorporate them into my McIDAS addendum.

I am hoping to get a response back tomorrow, but I am not sure
if he is currently on travel or not.
