[McIDAS #BJT-176673]: Question about displaying the Satellite Image On McIDAS-X

I am not sure I understand what you are referring to by "legend toolbar".
Can you explain further?

Yes.  The other thing is the map can be moved to be on top of both the
effective radius and GOES-East VIS images.  I put the map in between
the two images as an example of what can be done easily.
