[McIDAS #PAB-437503]: Question about visible image types adde.ucar.edu/RTIMAGES

Oops, SATBAND needs updating on adde.ucar.edu, atm.ucar.edu and
adde.ssec.wisc.edu.  I will get to this today...

The problem is a simple one of SATBAND needing to be updated.
