[McIDAS #JGN-249914]: IMGMAKE

Hi Mike and Paul,

I assume that you saw that the test of sending unremapped GOES-16 imagery
in NOAAPort started yesterday morning.  This is easy to see in the NIMAGE
volume plot.  For example:

Reminder: the unremapped images are sent looking like they are from GOES17.

To my GREAT disappointment, the only difference in the images is they 
(e.g., CONUS, Puerto Rico, Mesoscale-[12]) are in the FixedGrid projection.
An opportunity has been missed by not sending the images with the same
internal netCDF4 structure as the images being created by CSPP GEO,
and the black pixel problem in the VIS images still exits.  Color me
disappointed!
