[McIDAS #CKP-458079]: Missing marine/buoy data?

So, outbound requests to port 112 on remote machines are being blocked on
your end?

We are not real excited about people downloading decoded files, but we
understand your situation.  The motherlode clone idd.ssec.wisc.edu
(aka adde.ssec.wisc.edu, unidata2-new.ssec.wisc.edu) allows HTTP access
to content.  The OS on this machine was upgraded/moved/changed to
CentOS 6.9 in either late July or the beginning of August.  After
the OS change, the McIDAS-X/-XCD installation was upgraded, so the
McIDAS MD files should be as complete as they can be.
