[netCDF #RFM-852616]: cdm validator

I don't see any code that handles "azimuthal_equidistant" but we do have code 
that deals with "lambert_azimuthal_equal_area". So, I'm not sure what is going 
on there.

What are you seeing when you try to validate these files?

Can you send us some sample files?
