[netCDFJava #FFP-649276]: BUFR support: what types are supported?

Hi Rich,

We serve some BUFR vertical sounding data here:

http://motherlode.ucar.edu:8080/thredds/catalog/station/soundings/catalog.html

which can be read by netCDF-Java 4.0.

John is the BUFR guy and he is out till Monday. He has a bunch of BUFR sample 
files of all types but I don't know the details so I'll let him fill us in on 
that.

Two possible issues I know about are:

1) we may not have the BUFR tables needed for these files;
2) we may not deal with these particular types of BUFR files yet.

Anyway, just a quick response until John can respond.
