[netCDFJava #REC-257012]: PointFeatureCollection iterator throwing NullPointerException



Hi Arnaud:

This particular file is dying because it has 0 records in it. Although that is 
a legal netcdf file, the point feature code doesnt like it. I will try to get a 
fix in, however. Do you expect to have legitimate 0 record files?
