[netCDFJava #GFQ-763475]: java bufr example?



Hi Shujia :

You dont have to do anything special to open a BUFR file:

NetcdfFile ncfile = NetcdfFile.open("file.bufr");

There can be problems if we dont have the BUFR table for that particular BUFR 
file. Send me the file if you see that happening.
