[netCDFJava #NBT-844482]: problems with add_offset, scale

Ah, I wasn't aware that's how you were using this. What you want to do then is:

java -classpath toolsUI-4.6.6.jar ucar.nc2.FileWriter2 -in ifile -out
outfile -netcdf4
