[netCDFJava #EJT-345152]: Display content of .grib and .nc file

Hi Arunima,

We don't have any ready-made programs or services that will print your data in
that format. It's certainly possible, but you'll have to code it yourself. A
couple hints:

* Use NetcdfDataset.getCoordinateSystems() to identify the coordinate axes
(time, lat, lon, z).
* Loop through all indices for each axis, outputting corresponding data values
along the way (forecast_hr, temp, etc).

Pseudo-code:
for (int i = 0; i < lat.length; ++i) {
    for (int j = 0; j < lon.length; ++j) {
        // etc...

        printf("%s   %s   ...   %s", lat[i], lon[j], ..., data_var[i, j, ...])
    }
}

Hopefully that gets you started.

-Christian
