Hi Ryoko, > This is the error; > > /usr/lib/libstdc++.so: could not read symbols: Invalid operation Sorry, we need more information to diagnose the problem. Did the above error occur when you invoked "make" or "make check"? What was the output of the "configure" script (not the config.log, but the actual output from configure). It would be most helpful if you sent the complete output from trying to build netCDF-3.6.2, as described here: http://www.unidata.ucar.edu/software/netcdf/docs/netcdf-install/Reporting-Problems.html It looks like the configure script ran to completion, so we don't need config.log, just the output of configure, "make", and "make check". Here's an example from another Linux system: http://www.unidata.ucar.edu/software/netcdf/builds/gilda_Linux_netcdf-3.6.2_2007-03-05-10-44.txt Thanks! --Russ Russ Rew UCAR Unidata Program address@hidden http://www.unidata.ucar.edu Ticket Details =================== Ticket ID: PHO-300654 Department: Support netCDF Priority: Normal Status: Closed
