[netCDF #UDV-137150]: NetCDF 4.1.1: "ncdump -c" gives error, whereas "ncdump" doesn't

Thanks for reporting this bug.  It was a problem with ncdump identifying 
coordinate variables in subgroups, which our tests weren't comprehensive
enough to catch.  I've fixed it in our test version, and it will be available
in the daily snapshot soon.  If you need the fix sooner than that, please let 
me know.
