I think the problem is that your --prefix is incorrect.
It is referring to the source directory rather
than the directory into which you want to install netcdf
(i.e netcdf libraries, include files, documenation, etc).
As a rule it is a bad idea to try to install into
your source directory.
p.s. You do not need to specify both --with-curl
and --with-curl-config.
