[netCDF #USY-332800]: netcdf make check error

Greetings Kalyan!

It appears that netCDF is having a problem finding your HDF5 installation. What 
command did you use when you ran the netCDF configure script, and where did you 
install szip and HDF5? Also, would you mind sending me your configure.log file 
(it should be located in the top level directory of your netCDF build).
