[netCDF #ONK-303038]: netCDF 4.3.2 install failure message

netCDF requires HDF5 version 1.8.8 or later.  This may be caused by your older 
libhdf5 install.  Also, please make sure that your hdf5 library is compiled 
with zlib support, as this is also required by netcdf.
