[netCDF #MNQ-134913]: problem compiling netcdf-4.3.2

Hello,

Thank you for providing your config.log file.  I see that you are using 
hdf5-1.8.13, which is good; netcdf requires at least hdf5-1.8.9.  

It appears that configure cannot find the hdf5 high-level interface library, 
libhdf5_hl.  When you configure hdf5, you need to pass the '--enable-hl' option 
to the configure script.  Try recompiling hdf5 with this optiona nd please let 
me know if this works.
