[netCDF #LJB-196695]: corrupted netcdf file



Ward,

I tend to forget which HDF5 version is required, so check the
documentation, which currently says 1.8.8
<http://www.unidata.ucar.edu/software/netcdf/docs/getting_and_building_netcdf.html#build_default>,
not 1.8.9.  If you know the requirement is for 1.8.9, could you do what's
needed to fix the docs?
