[netCDF #RSB-626499]: Failed to create file



Yuki,

Please send the "config.log" file generated when you ran
configure for building and installing the netcdf-cxx4 library.

If you got errors running "make check" after configure, please 
also attach the output from that run.

Finally, please send the exact command line you used to run
simple_xy_run, when it failed.
