[netCDF #MEF-125320]: netCDF-4.4.1 make check errors with test_get.c and test_put.c



Hello Marc,

I am going to guess that you are using the latest parallel netcdf (1.7.0+), 
based on the results you've shared.  There are known incompatibilities with 
this version; try reverting to the previous 1.6.x version and see if the same 
failures occur, or if the issue resolves itself.  If the issues persist, please 
follow up with me and we'll try to sort things out!
