[netCDF #EUY-919925]: Help - h5 test failures (netcdf4-4.4.1 + netcdf-fortran-4.4.1 + netcdf-cxx4-4.3.0)

Hi Donald,

From the log file you provided, I see the following:

HDF5-DIAG: Error detected in HDF5 (1.8.14) thread 0:

    minor: File has been truncated

This suggests there is a problem with the libhdf5 library; off the top of my
head, I am wondering if 1.8.14 is too early a version. I will test on my end,
but I wonder if upgrading to the latest libhdf5 (1.8.17) would make a
difference. I am going to go test my installation against 1.8.14 and will
update the documentation accordingly.

If this does not correct the issue, can you confirm that you have read access
to all of the files in the h5_test/ directory?
