[netCDF #ROK-531899]: errors building netcdf-4.4.1 on freebsd-10.3

Ok. Anyway, as far as I can tell, the problem is that it
is not finding libdf from the hdf4 libraries. The only
thing I can suggest is that you get the hdf4 build and install it.
