Hi Kevin, It turns out that the Gempak IOSPs weren't being included in either netcdfAll or ToolsUI, but WERE being included in IDV. I have no idea why that was the case, but I've fixed it for 4.6.9 and 5.0.0. In the meantime here are some snapshots that include the fix [1] [2].
