[netCDF #UIX-679588]: Installation of netcdf 4.4.0 with fortran libraries error



It looks like you need to upgrade your netCDF-C library to the latest version, 
4.4.1.1, available from https://github.com/Unidata/netcdf-c/releases.  This 
will provide the missing 'rename'-related functions.
