[netCDF #QSN-450285]: netCDF 4.3.2 h5_test failed



Hello,

It looks like the installed HDF5 version (1.8.9) is too old; netCDF requires 
1.8.13 (I believe, I would need to double check), and the latest version would 
be best, 1.8.18.   I would also suggest the latest netCDF version, 4.4.1.1.

Once you have updated your version of libhdf5, and possibly your version of 
netCDF, try running the tests again and let me know if the issues persist.
