Didn't work!?  Did it lock?  Did it run and presumably set things up and
these just wouldn't work?

Unfortunately, our system administrator is not here today, and most of us
will be leaving for the AMS show in Orlando this weekend (I leave tomorrow
morning, bright and early).  I will see if I can get hold of our sysadmin
to see if he has any words of wisdom for us on your video problem).
