If this is in fact his machine, the

 allow   GPS     163.118.15.110

should be fine, you could try putting in his FQDN instead and stopping and
re-starting..this would only help if when on suomildm1 you get nothing
when doing a:

nslookup 163.118.15.110


if this works, it will work via the ldm.

You may want to have Dr Lazarus query his network folks to see if they
have done anything re IP #'s and/or port 388..grabbing at straws here, if
you have logs denying access that would be helpful, or a copy of his logs
during connect attempts would also be useful.
