A new version (2.0 beta) of the catalog library, supporting versions 0.6 and 1.0 is available at:

 http://www.unidata.ucar.edu/projects/THREDDS/tech/ClientLibraries.html

This is the minimal library to read and write Inventory Catalogs.
The UI client library will be released ASAP.
