[THREDDS #LUC-457370]: Question on latitude for gridded data set

That is a bug on our end. The longitude of the data goes from 0 to 359 but the 
longitude in the form mistakenly got normalized into the range [-180,180] so 
359 became -1. However, it is only the display that is affected. The form will 
return the desired data if you specify longitude with values in the [0,360] 
range.

Yes, all our times are in UTC.
