[THREDDS #EFD-388660]: File Access Problems With TDS 4.18?



Hi Kevin,

I've been out of the loop for a few days, but I'm diving back into 
issues.  Yours is a priority.  I'll try to figure out what's going on 
and get back to you this afternoon.
