[UDUNITS #GYX-412442]: Installing UDUNITS

I don't know the "pathscale" Fortran compiler, so I don't know what C macro 
should
be defined to tell the C compiler what Fortran calling-conventions to use.

Do you need the Fortran interface to the UDUNITS library?
