THREDDS Data Server version 4.2.8

The THREDDS Data Server version 4.2.8 is available. This version is recommended for all users, including production servers. The latest update can be downloaded at https://www.unidata.ucar.edu/projects/THREDDS/tech/TDS.html.

Version 4.2.8 is a bugfix release. For a complete list of changes, see the Change Log.
