The University of Alaska Fairbanks Department of Atmospheric Sciences and the International Arctic Research Center (IARC) invite applications for a tenure track position at the Assistant/Associate Professor level in the area of Atmospheric Sciences to complement other members of the Atmospheric Science Graduate Program and Atmospheric Science research at IARC, the Geophysical Institute and the College of Natural Science and Mathematics. From the position summary:
- This position is located on the Troth Yeddha' campus University of Alaska Fairbanks (UAF) campus in Fairbanks.
- Applicants must hold a Ph.D. degree in Atmospheric Science or related science field/discipline at the time of appointment and have research background in a climate relevant area.
- Applicants should have a demonstrated ability to or potential for teaching advance atmospheric radiation, synoptic meteorology, or statistical methods.
