Can we please get a binary version for OS X?

Hi Patrick. An OS X package is in the works, but I wanted to get the builds out that I have this week.

Thanks for the quick response. I'm more than willing to help with this. Just let me know what I can do to help.

I'm brand new to GEMPAK, and not terribly new to Linux, but the installation of this software seems needlessly complex. Could you please consider offering Debian packages, or even a PPA for Ubuntu?
Thanks!

Robert, GEMPAK is quite old and is being replaced by a thinner version to be bundled with AWIPS II. this means we have little resources to devote to package creation. the linux and SunOS binaries and a Mac package may be the only packages available, with other systems requiring a build from source, which is what GEMPAK users have been needing to do for years. Sorry this isn't the response you were hoping for. I certainly encourage GEMPAK users to produce their own binary packages if they have the time and inclination.
