The Integrated Data Viewer (IDV) version 5.4 is available now. This is a major release and is recommended for all users. It can be downloaded at:
https://www.unidata.ucar.edu/downloads/idv/current/.
New features
System Changes:
- Java 1.8u51
- Latest netCDF-Java 4.6.10 library
- Latest VisAD
Display Changes:
- New Grid 3D Trajectories
- Grid 3D Trajectory Display Types: Cylinder, Ribbon, Deform Ribbon and Point
ISL Changes:
- Changing the bounding box in ISL
- Changing time driver times in ISL
- Saving ZIDV in ISL
