The NetCDF-Java/CDM library version 4.2.20 was released on February 16, 2011. The latest update can be downloaded from the NetCDF Java Library page at https://www.unidata.ucar.edu/software/netcdf-java/. This is mostly a bug fix release, and we encourage you to switch to using it for all your work.

The link to Change Log in this blog post is broken.

Also, before you updated the Unidata website, 4.2.22 was the last version of netcdf-Java that was released.
