The Unidata Program Center has spiffy new lodgings. Again!
After nearly a year of renovation and refurbishment, UCAR's Foothills Laboratory 4 is ready for occupancy. The Unidata Program Center is moving back to its (newly remodelled) space in the FL-4 building July 5-6, 2012. As a result, we may be slow to respond to phone calls and e-mail support questions during the transition. If all goes according to plan, we'll be in the new space beginning on Monday, July 9th. (Note, however, that most UPC staff will be attending the 2012 Unidata Users Workshop at NCAR's Mesa Lab the week of July 9th.)
The Program Center moved out of its offices in August 2011, and has been inhabiting a portion of the Foothills Lab's Anthes building, directly across the street from the FL-4 building. From our temporary Anthes building space, we've been able to watch as FL-4 was gutted and rebuilt, incorporating a number of energy efficiency features including a Ground Source Heat Pump system.
Most of the UCAR Community Programs will be moving back to FL-4; the Anthes building will be the new home for the UCAR President's Office and several other UCAR departments.
Foothills Lab 4 is located at 3300 Mitchell Lane, in Boulder, CO. Unless you're physically coming to visit us, though, our contact information (including our mailing address) remains unchanged.
