Here at COD, we lose data if the CN drops below 11. Today was just a typical 
daily average C/N drop of 1 dB during the day.

AllisonHouse also observed the C/N drop but continues to see data. Given the 
significant drop and your baseline, I'm not surprised you aren't.

We are seeing traffic on our NOAAPort ingest machines and in the feeds derived 
from NOAAPort on our IDD toplevel relay clusters.

Is there something specific that you are looking for, or is everything missing?
