19990111: NMC2 feed problems at U Washington (fwd)

Harry,

I checked flips logs.  There are many RECLASS messages to all sites
including Goddard. It appears that the data is not getting to UPC and the
connection to our downstream sites appears to be slow also. I'll look into
this further.

The feed is still not okay.  The 00Z early eta files are too small.
