Dan,

It really depends on what feeds sites are receiving. Here's a chart on the
feed rates: http://www.unidata.ucar.edu/projects/idd/statsummary.html

Depending on the feeds above, any where from .3 of a T1 to over a T1 if
they plan on getting the 5 gigabytes from NCEP.  I would add up the feeds
that you plan on sending, multple by 120% and ask you system admin what
bandwidth would be needed, especially with the overseas situation.
