RE: MISSING MODELS (fwd)

Hiya,

The mystery might be solved, remember Peter Neiley's note. Well the NWS
has changed the category on some of the binary products headers to
indicate that the products were text not binary.  The SSEC ingest
therefore send these products (models) out over the IDS|DDPLUS feed type
not HRS. I have reconfigured the NCAR SSEC ingestor to send these products
out over the HRS feed type. Hopefully they should start arriving soon.

This is from our NOAAPORT downlink at Unisys using the WXP ingestor.
I'm not using LDM or IDD.

Purdue, which uses the LDM, is missing the same thing everyone else is.
