Deb,

So the LDM runs fine until you install the D2D decoders into the pqact
file and try to run the ldm?  If the D2D decoders are using a memory
mapped file, that's what the ldm queue is, then there might be some
interference between the files.  I'm not quite sure I understand the
configuration.

There's another group at UCAR that runs the awips s/w, I'll ask them
about the setup.
