Natalie,

Good question because the configuration file looks correct. If it worked
on ldm-5.0.8 it should work on ldm-5.0.9.  How about rewriting the allow
line like:

allow ANY ^remus.rwic.und.edu

It seems that since the LDM is using the native Regular expression package
verses one that came with the LDM these type of problems has risen.

The only other reason I can think of is that the IP number that's cached
is the wrong one. Not likely to just happen.  If the above idea doesn't
work, try using the IP number in the allow statement.
